Playa Grande resort, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico
From 2024 through 2032 I have fixed timeshare Weeks 9, 10, and 11 at Playa Grande and the Ridge at Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. I also have the opportunity to accelerate weeks from my contracts and to book additional weeks in the off season. I have a week 9 contract at the front of the resort and a week 10 & 11 contract on the Ridge part of the resort. My week 29 contact included weeks through 2042 and I am using that contract for accelerated weeks.

- On Wednesday, December 18, 2024 I saw a schedule change on the return trip
- The change added nearly an hour to the layover at SEATAC on the return trip.
- I called and got a later flight from Cabo for a 2 hours 51 minute layover
- On Thursday, November 14, 2024 I decided I will try to book 4 additional 3 week Cabo vacations for 2025 if I get the same offer for Playa Grande owners extra weeks that I got this year.
- With my regular weeks and an accelerated week in November or December this will make six Cabo vacations for a total of 16 weeks in 2025.
- On Friday, October 25, 2024 I saw a schedule change that reduced the layover in Seattle (SEA) to 1 hour 42 minutes which I decided is O.K.
- On Monday, September 16, 2024 I called Alaska Airlines to say I was not comfortable with the 42 minute layover after the schedule change.
- I was switched to the 9:00 AM flight which gives me a 2 hour 27 minute layover.
- On Sunday, September 15, 2024 I paid the 2025 maintenance fees at the 2024 rate of $3,415.65 for the two contracts.
- On Monday, September 16, 2024 I purchased the return itinerary for $524.89
- On Monday, September 9, 2024 I saw an itinerary change has reduced my layover in Seattle to 42 minutes from 1 hour 32 minutes.
- On Saturday, June 15, 2024 I checked for a return itinerary but didn't purchase anything.
- Tuesday or Wednesday would be cheaper for return airfare. Should I add Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday at Solmar Beach Club?
- On Monday, April 8, 2024 I purchased the Itinerary to Cabo for $534.43
- It was to early to purchase a return itinerary.
