Destination: Cabo San Lucas, Baja California, Mexico
I have been adding multiple Cabo vacation weeks in the summer months based on offers from my timeshare resort since the pandemic in 2020. I have no idea how long these offers will last but am hoping to max out in 2026 and spend more than a third of the year in Cabo before my Visa expires in November. I plan on using my March 2027 weeks and having a new passport by then when I will determine future vacation plans.

- On Tuesday, July 29, 2025 while in Cabo San Lucas I purchased the itinerary for my fixed weeks 2026 Cabo vacation.
- On Tuesday, March 25, 2025 I booked my first 2026 Cabo vacation along with several others.
- I booked 1 Week for $1,195 and $89 or $1,284 at Playa Grande. Sunday, January 25, 2026 to Sunday, February 1, 2026
- I booked 3 nights for $682.34 at Solmar Beach Club. Sunday, February 1, 2026 to Wednesday, February 4, 2026 - $170.59 paid $511.76 Due upon check in.
- I booked $342.58 to Cabo Sunday, February 1, 2026 and $408.68 back to Fairbanks Wednesday, February 4, 2026 as separate itineraries.
- $2,717.60 total for airfare and the rooms. I will spend about $150 more for taxis and shuttles as part of the transportation.
- This was done using acceleration of the week 9 contract that originally went to 2042. I am using it in January because my Passport expires November 28, 2026 and I plan on renewing it before it expires but it may take up to three months for routine service.
